In late July 2020, IRAH launched a virtual round-table platform, amid Covid-era concerns, inviting an array of artists across the US to discuss topics of sustaining inner joy and triumphs despite new challenges. The round-table, named "EM-CON", in honoring his younger sister, celebrated every day essential workers. It included speakers Jessica Kennedy Parker (The Flash, Black Sails), Joe Dinicol (Arrow), Vic Fuentes (Pierce The Veil), and Kevin Woo (U-Kiss), among other IRAH collaborators.

Jason began developing an interest in media production after his experience in lighting design for his high school stage productions. Professionally, his first production gig was for AOL's Build Studio, New York City in 2017.
